If you suck your thumb, do it more. This way no one will notice your thumb since they'll be covered by your lips. Even if it enhances your buck teeth, at least it will make the thumb fit more comfortably!

you need to get braces from your dentist or if you want  perfect teeth you could get fake ones but this would be very expensive. Hope i helped! :L
