  1. this remedie works for smaller corns and light fungal or bacterial infections on your feet.

    follow the steps

-every night, wash your feet with warm or hot water and salt. dry your feet Then dissolve a tablet of aspirin in some water and apply the mixture on the corns. rub until it gets almost absorbed. try to leave as much on for as long as you can. Aspirin has acetyl salsylic acid, which slowly dissolved and removes layers of dead skin. It might also reduce inflammation and reduce pain!

-in the morning, wash your feet again and apply tea-tree oil on the corms or on the area of infection until it gets absorbed. (you could combine lavender oil with the tea-tree oil for a stronger effect). Tea-tree oil is an anti-fungal, anti-bacterial agent, that reduced inflammation, itching and sometimes pain.

    - twice or thrice a week, get some freash pinaplpe, put it in a food processor until you get a paste. apply this paste on your foot (concentrate on the areas with corns).  pineapple has some enzymes which help break down the corns!

-try to keep your shoes clean. apply some talc before wearing them. also get rid of your ill fitting shoes!

This remedie has helped many...including me!

    hope it helps you too

  2. i dont know cooking them

  3. What would cause the disruption of the balance? Several things, actually; for example, people with flat feet tend to have uneven distribution of load compared to other people. The same goes with those who have low arches or any inflammatory joint conditions. Sometimes, habits or certain activities can also be factor; ballet dancing, for example, can often lead to bunions. If your parents have a faulty foot type, there’s a fair chance that you might inherit this too, which will lead to instability around the joints and, eventually, bunions. Even people born with perfectly good feet can develop bunions if they sustain foot injuries that cause them to shift their joint.
