How do you get rid of dandrif?

i use dandrif shampo but it doesnt work.please help me.

I've tried them all. My boyfriend has psoriasis on his scalp and he uses Denorex, it also works GREAT for dandruff! It's the best one I've ever used. You can get it at most drug stores, I recommend the blue bottle.

It depends on the shampoo you're using. There is several types of dandrif shampoos.  Try using the Head and Shoulders dandrif shampoo if you're not using it already. It works.

Head and shoulders are known for treating hair that has a lot of dandruff.

My technique is to split your hair in the middle, scratch all of your hair. Then when you shower, make sure you scrub your hair really hard with a shampoo.

sometimes dandruff is a fungus and sometimes it's caused by yeast. try limiting your sugar and carbs. also, i found that using a formula for baby's cradle cap worked for me. also, try tea tree oil~ it's a natural antibacterial. but it smells really herbal, lol! don't wash your hair everytime u shower~ just rinse it and use head & shoulders conditioner.

Well, i'm a guy so i wouldn't know allot but i talk to your doctor, if you have one and ask about it! they might even subscribe you something if the shampoo doesn't work

I read somewhere that you can't actually get RID of dandruff, that it actually has to be professtionally done medically. I think it said that shampoo will help a little but won't really get rid of it

make sure you are rinsing the conditioner out of your hair completely.  Sometimes dandruff is just a buildup of product in your hair... or leftover conditioner.

Or try a different dandruff shampoo..  some are for oily hair, and some for dry scalp..  both can have dandruff.   Sometimes it is a more serious condition.  If you can't get rid of it, talk to your doctor.

shampoo your hair everyday until it goes away..good shampoos are selsum blue and head and sholders...wash your hair about 1-2 times a day if you really want to get rid of dandrif

some times if your dehidrated ur scalp becomes very dry. drink more water? ummmm... try different shampoo.

If moisturizing shampoos don't work, you could probably go to a salon or just the store and buy some kind of moisturizing stuff for your hair.
