How do you get rid of flesh flies in an apartment?

Ever since last night we've been getting flesh flies in our apartment, we probably killed 5 last night and woke up to about 6 more in the house. They are surrounding our window in our living room, they aren't anywhere else. They come in to the wall by the window but never anywhere else. How do you get rid of them? Theres no garbage or dead things anywhere near the area. I'm pregnant and can't spray and fumes to get rid of them, its ridiculous and gross. They are huge flies with gross red eyes!!

do u have any pets? such as cats or hampsters? i have ill fitting screens in my apartment and i have cats...i think they are attracted to the cat litter box...since i have started scooping twice a day..i have seen a huge reduction in flesh flies! good luck..they are really easy to kill though..
