How do you get rid of goosbumps?

goosbumps, you know, the little bumps you get when your scared or something? well i have ones that wont go away on my arm, i dont know why they are there, I can see little hairs growing out of each one, is there anyway to get rid of them? thanks

and no, im not scared 24/7 hahaha

they are not goose bumps.

they are little bumps that are kinda like a rash but isnt.

nothing to worry about its just you skin type.

it will go away eventualllyyy.

If I were you, I'd try and really scrub the arms. The 'goosebumps' will be a little less noticeable.. Other than that, you can ask your dermatologist if they are really bothering you so much. Good luck!

I do not think that is a goose-bump. I would have a doctor check it out just in case it might be something else.

those arent goosebumps they might probably be a rash.  either that or if you shave/ wax that might have caused it.  My mom gets them on her legs after shaving.

Doesn't sound like goosebumps if they're always there but you're not always scared. But then again, I get goosebumps when I'm cold.

I don't think they're goosebumps though. Probably just you skin type. See a doctor.
