  1. i have got this website . i think this website will help u it helped me.hope it helps u.

  2. I have heard vinegar, or mayonaiise and put a shower cap on for a few hours! I think baby oil also!

Tea Tree oil or Tea Tree shampoo is not a way to get rid of it but to help prevent it from happening again!

    Good Luck...It's a nightmare!

You have to make sure you get all the nits off the hair shaft which I have had to use a razor blade and cut strands of hair off because they wouldn't come off with the little combs!

  3. There are none that work.  I would go to the drug store and get the one in the white plastic bottle, It is made for lice, you shampoo it in.  Also, let it set about 10 minutes, then rinse, I would repeat this the next day, they will not come back. If they do, go to doc, he will give you an Rx..

  4. What I used on my daughter years ago was sweet almond oil mixed with some orange oil for a nice scent.  It smoothed the hair and allowed the comb to go through without tangles, and it was not a chemical agent. (You do have to use a nit comb).

You still have to do it two or three times a week apart. You need to get any more that hatch out in between time.  But by getting them as they hatch, soon there are no adults to lay any more eggs and they are gone.

The oil can be a little difficult to wash out (my daughter's hair was very long) But the hair was soft and shiny, and she was able to hold still much more easily with warm oil than with nasty chemicals.

    Good luck.

  5. There are quite a few totally natural remedies available that readily kill head lice.

Suffocation is an effective method where oil based products (i.e.: mayonnaise) are used to block the breathing holes and kill the live lice. The real trick though is to find natural products that will kill both the live lice and their eggs in one fast effective treatment.

Remedies containing Neem Oil are known to be highly effective as Neem interrupts the growth and reproduction of the head louse. Neem’s insecticidal properties are widely recognized now and the oil is commonly available at your local health food store.

After the head lice is gone use prevention methods such as hairspray and tea tree oil mixed with water in a spray bottle every day to ensure they never return.

Feel free to check out the articles at the following site for more advice.

    Good luck.

  6. After raising 3 children of my own and someone else's then many that I babysat for, and conferring with friends, I have deduced that cheap conditioner combed through the hair is the best method of getting rid of them. Comb with a nit comb and use the cheapest conditioner you can find (the cheapest ones are the best detanglers) You can use natural lice killers from the chemist but the conditioner is the best for removing the rest of them once dead. Hope this helps!

  7. OK I looked for this question because I want to tell you the answer! I have fought head lice a few times because my Mom's boyfriend has 5 kids who always give it to my kids. It's horrible! Lice shampoo doesn't work. Nothing works. Except this. OK wash your hair in hot water, blow dry it on high heat and then straighten every piece of it pay close attention to the nape of the neck and right above the ears. This is the only way I could get rid of them forever. Heat kills them! Everything else is a waste of money. I would do this every couple days in case they pick up one from the house or there pillows or something. Also I've heard they hate tea tree oil so I use the shampoo and Conditioner. Good luck!=)
