  1. use baby powder.  It dries it up.

  2. rose water and or aloe vera

  3. Take a baking soda bath. Just trust me. it works.

  4. put on a cold rash LMAO

    but no seriously, use some type of lotion for that

  5. hydrocortisone ointment.  you can buy it at any pharmacy or store that sells health care products.
