How do you get rid of huge hips?

i'm a pretty fit person, but i hate my hips there huge and when i wear a tight shirt it shows, how can i get rid of that?

    but u cnt do nethng bout if, its just ur HIP BONES that R huge


  2. i dont think u can its prob jus in ur genes . accept ur curves and love em jus try to dress best for ur body type an ull be fine. u cud always check seventeen mag they always give good tips on how to dress for all body types  

  3. you need to diet and excersise, a good way is to jog about 2 miles a day, that burns calories on your lower body and u can also try squating, it will definately tone your lower body and make sure you stay on a good diet

  4. Genetics make everyone different. Unfortunatley, you probably can't.

  5. I hate to say it (I really do, because I have the same problem!), but hip size is unfortunately something you're stuck with for life! Chances are, if you're slim and fit, people won't notice it anywhere near as much as you do - the amount of girls I know who think they have giant hips and they are completely normal! Plus, most guys are attracted to women with curvy hips - apparently it goes back to cavemen days - the women with big hips were good childbearers which is what neanderthall men apparently went for (and we all know modern day men are still neanderthalls at heart haha!)... same reason men like b***s - a symbol of reproduction! I hated my hips all through my teenage life, then I had a baby at 20 and now, for some reason, I quite like my hips - much better than looking like an ironing board! If it gets to you, just try and wear things that accentuate the curves you have instead of trying to hide them or ignore them - things pinched in at the waist are great for women with big hips for example. But yeah, other than gaining weight all over to make your hips less noticable (which I'm sure you don't fancy doing lol!) there is really nothing to be done as it's your bone structure. Just learn to love yourself for what you have! :-)

  6. Okay this is what you do. you cut all the skin off around your hips, but don't throw it out because you will  need it so you can reattach it later. Then, take a saw, or a knife, or any sharp object that will cut well, and cut off a portion of you hips. Make sure to make it nice and smooth and the same general shape as your hips were before. You might want to use sand paper or some like product to file them down afterward so they aren't all sharp and jagged. Then, take the skin you cut off and sew it back on. With a needle. And some good thread. Preferably a medical kind. And make sure you sterilize everything first.
