I got the stains & then got acrylic put on my teeth for Braces.

When I got the Braces off, the stains were BEHIND the acrylic.

Now that I don't have braces or acrylic, I was wondering the there was any household stuff that would take the stains away. Thanks.

  1. First, stop smoking and cut back on caffeinated drinks (such as coffe or coke). Then check with your dentist. Good Luck!

  2. Get your teeth cleaned first, then get a whitening treatment done. Or, try a slightly abrasive toothpaste, or just a simple baking soda, and peroxide paste (you can make this at home). Also, staining is the least of you worries! Smoking causes far worse gum problems. Have you ever noticed that older smokers tend to be missing teeth. It's not just a coincidence! Smoking causes periodontal disease, which causes your teeth to become loose and eventually fall out. And it's gross and really bad for your health. You should quit smoking!

  3. stop smoking get your teeth whitened at the dentist
