How do you get rid of......?

back acne?!?! its not too noticeable. it looks like red dots from far away but up close you can see the little white dots on top. ive never gotten it before! did i get it because of the heat??

you know what works

chammomile tea...

it really helps you just have to brew some tea and then get a washcloth soak it in the tea and put it on ur back while its still warm and steamy. it dries the zits out so that they dont get little white dots and it calms down the red irritation.

you can use any acne product on your back.

so just use it on your back.

or they make a body wash for acne you can try that too.

and i could be from sweat or just hormones..
