How do you get rid of

those little rolls of fat on the sides of your stomach...are those lovehandles? well i dont have them when im just standing or sitting down. i only get them if i bend to one side but still how do you get rid of them? thanks :)

  3. ok, so flex your stomach muscles,

    hold your arms out, and twist!

    do this for like 5 minutes everyday and they will be gone in about 2 weeks!

  6. In order to get rid of them you hold your arms out and like twist but not all the way around. Like twist side to side.

  7. If you only have them when you bend to one side, you dont have them! :)

  8. Crunches might help. Any twisting exercises.
