How do you get rid of social anxiety?

I have it...not much online...in person I'm terrible with it though.

  1. If it is something that really bothers you, you should seek cognitive-behavioral therapy. It teaches you that maybe some of your thoughts invoke anxiety, which in turn decreases the likelihood of wanting to be in social situations.

    Remember, everybody gets some level of social anxiety. It is more normal than you think.


  2. When you find out let me know.  I am often better with social activities when I am not depressed or stressed out.

  3. I went and got a customer service job working at a retail store. It was hard. That helped me to deal with people and make more friends.
