How do you get rid of sores and pains in your body?

Okay. I haven't ran in a long time and I just had camp this week. Now I feel so sore. Is there any way to get rid of it? I think I should do stretches but if there is any other way please let me know. Thanks.

  1. after a while of running sores wont ever come up evr youll will just end up tired


  2. Streching before and after physical activity cuts down on soreness and the risk of the injury. And can relieve soreness slightly once you have it.

    If it is a simple soreness when you move, and there is no awful burning or stingy dont worry, its good for you great in fact, lets you know you did something but sit on your butt.

    keep running, and you wont be sore as much as time goes on.

  3. yes, next time do some stretches. in the meantime, you can soak in a warm bath with epsom salts, very soothing- you can buy them at any drugstore, or grocery store. you can also take a couple of Advil for the pain, and you can put a hot water bottle on the sore spots. even a heating pad will help you. have you got any A5-35 rub? that also works to ease the pain. hope these help.

  4. it happens that way if u dont exercise regularly or if u havent done so in a while. its muscle fatigue with. more exercise will help increase the mitochondria in ur cells and thus reduce muscle fatigue.

    u can also use some balm to massage the sore parts.
