How do you get rid of spider bites?

I have them all over my face and they wont go away. They're not getting worse. their just not going away and I'm starting to get self conscience because they look like zits and I feel like every one is looking at those instead of me. Its not very cool with girls ether. Like I said there not getting worse they just will not go away. Please help
