hi, i've had major surgery on my back and have a huge scar. i use vitamin e cream............not just any vitamin e cream but vitamin e that has large concentration of vitamin e in it. it costs about 20.00 a jar. helps but will never take the scar away. nothing can do that ! sorry

If you find out, let me know. Your tendency to get stretch marks is based on your skin. I have terrible stretch marks on my stomach after getting pregnant. It almost looks like I got burned. My younger brother got stretch marks from growing when he was a teenager.

You can't.  Unless you want plastic surgery.
