  1. We used to strain ours through a super fine mesh, but I have used a  pair of stockings before they came out with the ultra fine mesh.

    We were always making Watermelon Wine, it was a nice Rose'.


  2. Tilt the bottle gently and decant the wine in to the glass, Unless it is a sparkling type, carefully decant the wine in to the bottles. It takes practice to do it right.
