How do you get rid of the advertisements at the top of the layout?

like the things at the top that ask you like who is miley cryrus's dad and stuff.

my friends have gotten rid of them but i dont kno how. help?

  1. Those are the official sponsors of your Yahoo! Service,which enables you to use the E-mail communication or other online communication facilities via internet free of cost or with limited cost. It's out of your control to eliminate those from there.

    Some people recommend to use Mozilla Firebox instead of IE Browser,here is the link to download it,

    i am not sure though if it will enable you to get rid of those ads and banners in here..
