It is unusual for dog urine to smell when it is disposed of in the garden, unless there is a vast quantity of the stuff and all in the one place, and used by more than one dog. Why is the urine not harming the plants?

nobody can smell pee on a fence thats outside, if that were the case we'd be smelling every dogs pee in the county everytime we went outside...the whole world would just smell like dog pee & poo..
