Question:

How do you get rid of the mucus in the back of your throat?

is this a problem for everyone or is this something i should talk to my doctor about I have had it all my life and i hate it so much i just want a way to clean my throat so any suggestions would be appreciated

  1. Slightly tilt your head back, and take sips of luke warn water until you feel you've cleared your throat. It sounds like you may have developed some allergies, so, you should probably go and see your family physician for prolonged relief of such symptoms. Wishin' you well. :)




  2. drinking plenty of water will cause you to cough up the extra, that's what you want to do. also rinse & gargle with listerine for 30 sec. It's strong but that's what you want to get rid of plus having the added bonus of strong teeth and good smelling breath. worked for me. hope this helps you, sure this one will do the trick.
