How do you get rid of the smell of mousse?

My friend is allergic, and I still kinda need to wear my mousse, but she's allergic to the fragrance so...

If i get rid of the fragrance will she be fine

How do you get rid of it, put water over it?? xD

if i can't find a way, i'll probably not wear it anymore, beucase it harms her health and i will NEVER do that to a friend (:
