you mean white stains? you can't. there permanent sorry. i have them and there no so bad. No body notices it.

You can get your teeth bleached by the dentist. this doesn't get rid of the white stains but your teeth can match up to the same colour as them. But sometimes the white stains can appear brighter so its a 50-50 chance.

You can get veeners on them. Its like a crown except it only covers the front of the tooth. I wouldn't do this unless your really not happy with your appereance of your smile. It is costly and you have to get rid of the enamel which isn't the best.

If it looks like there is some hard grey areas on your teeth it may be cement. Go to your dentist and he/she can remove it for you

The dentist should take care of it. I believe the Dental Hygienist helps buff your teeth and clean them for you. It should of been part of the package when you got your braces on. Every time I get dental work done that may change the color of a tooth...they make everything match again.
