  1. Easy.

Just pull out the plug wire cable off the power point.

    Shut the system down.

Then go out to the real world.

Feel the breeze and sun shines.

Look at the birds and the bees.

And all living things around us out there.

Watching flock of birds of "Pretty Flamingos" of the same feathers

Passing by in town in real life.

While sipping a cup of tea at the road-side cafe.

Instead of getting tied down by a desk-top.

    With sore butts.

In playing computer games all day long.

    What do you think?

  2. It's called repetitive strain injury. Yeah I sometimes get it..you can buy a support for it. x

  3. Try using a wrist rest you can buy them for using with your p.c

I use my left hand sometimes (I´m left handed) but it takes practice.

  4. Get a mousepad with a wrist rest built in or get a wrist rest separately.  You should also rest frequently which may not be possible if you're doing online gaming.  Try letting your hands hang over the edge of a table or off the arm rest of a chair. This will relax your wrists.

As an aside you may also need to watch out for trigger thumb or trigger finger.  This is where your tendons become swollen from overuse and are not able to slide easily when flexed so your finger/thumb will move in a jerky and sometimes painful, movement.

    Best luck to you.

  6. One that may not have occurred to you, is to shift your desk about, and use the mouse left-handed.  Let your right wrist rest one day, then move it back the next.  You will soon learn control with the left.

  7. I had the same problem, turned out that I had carpal tunnel syndrome, and had to have the nerve ducts opened to allow for the swelling of the nerves, was out of work for 2 months

  8. Try using different shaped mouses and alternate between them, also try raising/ lowering the mouse level periodicaly, maybe put it on top of a thick book or ream of a4 printer paper, or use it with a folder on your lap. this should give you a wider range of wrist and hand movement.

  9. is this a serious question? I can think of a very obvious wrist exercise..

  10. Move your hand about

  11. by ripping your skeleton out*

*Do this by yanking repeated and viciously on your most prominent bone

  12. every hour flex yr wrist back and forth and circularfor a few mins(dont 4get mind)get some lavender essential oil and rub it neat on the joints.

  13. move your hand in a circular motion
