  1. Here's two similar methods: -

    1. Tense the skin with the white head using your thumb and fore finger, then using a sharp sterile needle, poke the ball of the white head until you have broken the skin surface down to the 'while ball'. Waggle the needle around just a little, then remove the needle. The 'little hole' should be just and so large enough you will be able to squeeze a round ball out of the tiny 'tunnel' that you formed in your skin just where the white head is.

    2. Do the same as above, but instead of poking with the needle, scratch the top of the white head, so that a small scab will form. In about 3 or 4 days, when a tiny scab has formed, you will be able to squeeze the hard little ball, just like a normal spot.

Obviously be very careful poking your self with a needle...

  2. 1. leave the spots if they are red and keep applying spot cream, Freederm is one of the best and reasonably cheap, you can pick it up from your local chemist. This spot cream dry's out the spot quickly, and prevents them from getting any worse.

    2. if the spot has a yellow or whitish head on it squeeze it gently with two fingers untillall the puss it out, then dab it with some wet tissue or cotton wool to get rid of any other nasty bits.

    3. keep applying Freederm or any other desired spot cream onto the spot(s) until they have fully dissapeared.

Make sure you cleanse your skin with warm water every morning and  night to rinse out pores so that they do not get clogged up.

Oh and if anybody tells you to put toothpaste or anything like that over spots don't listen in some cases it does make it worse.

    Good luck (:
