How do you get sasuke with sharingan??

i have over 300,000 coins and whenever i go to the shop he never appears!!!(this is for clash of ninja 2)

i bought a bunch of story modes that i could play on(i mentioned the story modes cuz i though that u have to beat them b4 u could unlockshar. sasuke

please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

plus i want to know if theres a possibility that u can unlock the 3rd hokage(is that true???)
