How do you get scuffs off of patent leather shoes?

i got scuff marks on my rotc shoes and i have to wear them tomorrow.. but i don't have shoe polish or anything special for it.. help?!

  2. shoe polish they have them at shoe stores!

  3. A black permanent marker has always worked for me.  I prefer Sharpies.
