i've been doing a lot of working out with weights recently and i've noticed something that looks like white cuts on my triceps and on my elbows. i'm pretty sure they appear from working out but i want to know exactly what makes them appear so that i may stop doing that. is it because i try lift weights that are bigger than i can handle or is it due to many repetitions (i am not sure because i don't know exactly when they have appeared and i have been doing many different exercises for my triceps). Also i have been told that they happen a lot in cases when people lose weight very quickly, that not being my case at all. i am a little concerned about these "tears" and i don't know what to do. a little help would be much appreciated.

  1. Stretch marks are from not having enough Omega 3s in your body. Try chia seeds. 3 tbs a day should help.
