  1. in a big farm we shall grow the the sheeds of potatoes then the potato plant is make very big

  2. I remember seeing this dilemma on the TV.  Slugs don’t like sharp surfaces, so any sprinkling of a sharp edge rocks would deter them.  These could be use as walking surface around your plants.  Also, slugs don’t like metallic tapes.  I remember Paul James (the gardening guy) putting metallic tape around the edge of his raised bed garden.

Now if you potato plans have already been infected.  There are numerous methods.  The following site has a detail description of each method.  I personally tried the beer method and it worked for me.

  3. sprinkle sawdust around the plants. Slugs & snails don't like it as it sticks to them & they can't move.

  4. pesty little slimmy things are not really that hard to get rid of first off if money is thumbs up simply buy slug b gone its granulars and works well.In my garden i use a more organic way.Put out small cups of beer all around,They love the yeast in it and crawl right up the can or cup and fall in it and die.also ive been told to spread salt out around your plant it kills them and they stay away but to much salt on your garden is prolly not good. However the old timers used it alot
