How do you get someone to make a toy for you?

I want a Katie toy from Horton Hears a Who. I don't know why they don't make them. She's the most popular character in the new movie edition. So, my question is how do you get someone to make a toy for you? I mean, people do it all the time today right? Any suggestions?

ask the people who manufactuer the toy you never know they might make one or be planning to make one

if you have the money, contact a toy manufactuer and see if they can take on a special job...shouldn't cost too much. good luck
