How do you get something off your crimanal record that shouldnt be there in the first place??

If you were arrested and found not guilty, it should be on the record as that.  If there is a mistake in the record, you will have to go to court to get it changed.  Sometimes, clerical errors are made and these can be fixed at City Hall or the County Courthouse

First off you've gotta have solid proof that it don't belong there, and then talk to a lawyer and get a court date and go from there..
