Follow the following steps:

1) Download realplayer.

2) Go to youtube and open up a random vid.

3) Mouse over the vid. There'll be an option that says 'download.'

4) click it and wait a few sec for it to d/l.

5) Google Videora iPod Converter and download it.

6) Open up Videora iPod Converter, then go from there. You'll figure it out. :) It's all free btw.
