My bathroom wall is lined with white/gray marble and overtime I guess with humidity and shower steams, large patchy yellow stains began to appear on the marble. I've tried baking soda, lemon, acetone, alcohol, greenworks, bleach. Nothing worked. There's GOT to be an easy way around this. Help?!

  1. There is a marble cleaner available.  I got mine at a kitchen supply

  2. Hi there. Few months ago I have also got that kind of problem my bathroom marbles color changes in a greenish stain. So I search on a net to clean the stain from the marbles I know the web in which I got the chemical to clean the stain from marbles  I buy that chemical now my marbles goes  last longer .so visit the website is given below it helps you a lot.

  3. Since you've tried all the surface cleaners with no luck I'm going to say that it's around to stay. Unfortunately since marble is a natural stone and will adapt to it's environment so to speak over time. The "stains" that you said are there are simply the marble adapting to it's environment and are a permanent thing as they're now part of the actual stone.

About the only thing that can be done at this point would be to have a professional come in and sand the stones down past the undesirable (the yellow) part and then refinish them. That process will be expensive and tedious, plus it will weaken the stone tiles as well.

At this point I'd say to embrace it and toss a little yellow into your bathroom decor.

  4. Use dish washing scrubber. a rough one, then use clorex directly without diluting. try to remove the stains. it will go.

    Regards

  5. try CLR, try a small test area with emory cloth
