  1. you can get started pretty easy.  NASCAR aint just the nns ncts or the cup.  they have late models, modifieds, and even factory stocks.  log onto www.NASCAR.com and click onto the weekly racing series to find the closest NASCAR sanctioned track in your area.  go check them out and see what class you can start in.  Oh and if you dont want to start there then have a rich dad like Paul Menard and buy your way in.  Thats no joke his dad bought him into racing.

  2. do like i do. race at a local go kart track every weekend. or just go to a place where go karts are. just make sure to let all the people know you are racing and not casually driving because they'll block you lol. if you do go kart tracks most of them are like road courses and you could become a road course ringer or something.

  3. Well.... First you need a lot of money, because these NASCAR cars cost over a million dollars a piece. Other than  that I have no idea man...

  4. your mom and dad have to have lots of money

  5. Most drivers get started in street stocks or 4 cylinder mini stocks. No way does a stock car cost a million bucks, so ignore that. But even at the Late Model level of racing teams often buy several sets of tires per race. Tire bills alone can cost over $1,000 bucks per weekend depending on how long the race is. Add up that tire bill over a full season of racing and it gets very expensive, very quickly.

  6. depends on what you want to do in nascar racing

  8. follow the pace car

  9. Start driving something by the time you are 7.  Drive go karts, then get quarter midgets, and on up.  Have parents that are willing to mortgage everything they own to assist you in your career.  Have a fire and a drive to race that nobody can extinguish.  Be thick skinned and perserverent.  Ask Carl Edwards.  He handed out business cards to try to get a ride.   Kenny Schrader wouldn't give him a ride and they are related..... and most of all.... have a lot of luck.

  10. You have to start out small at local tracks and work your way up. If your good enough you will get recognized from someone in Nascar.
