How do you get started in the Anime business and be able to create your own anime show?

I love drawing anime. I've been drawing anime since the 7th grade and i've gotten better with it over the years. I have come to the decision to wanting to get into the business and works of Anime, and I want my own show of my own characters. Does anyone know how to get involved?

yh most descent animes start off as manga but if you want to go straight to anime firstly you'd have to make a general plot with characters and a main feature and send it to a company make sure its  thorough also it helps if your out of school i dunno how old you are but develop teh whole concept of it until after school or whatever education you will be doing maybe a arts college. so that they can take you seriously make a plot for the series and drafts of each episode with stort boards. also can i see some of your drawings? just e-mail me a link to your drawings or send me some via e-mail cos i would enjoy to see them
