How do you get tanning oil out of a shirt??

I've tried pre-treater and grease lighting which works wonders on food stain but I love my shirt and now theres a big oil ring on the shoulder!

I have tried this before not with tanning oil but with cooking oil. I got it out by using dawn dish detergent. Put some on the stain and let it soak in for as long as possible then wash it.  DON'T DRY IT ...... you have to let it air dry. Even if this doesn't work don't ever put it in the dryer until you get the stain out.  The dryer will set  ANY STAIN IN.  Dawn pulls grease out so I hope it works for you.   Good luck !!!!

Dawn dish soap is a "great" degreaser when used on many things. Try putting a generous amount of Dawn on the oil spot, rub in a little,  then let it set for a while. (overnight is best)  Then, launder as you normally would, when the spot is gone. Do not dry the shirt until the spot is out or the heat of a dryer will set the spot forever. I use Dawn as a pre treater often. Don't use the Dawn foam in a bottle, use the Dawn dish soap. You can buy it cheaply at Dollar General.
