How do you get that 'weather channel' out of the computer?

I can't find it in my add/remove section and I cant find a link to get rid of it. The stupid thing is slowing down my computer and I don't know if I want to run "restore' or not or even if it would get rid of it!

use MSCONFIG and see if it shows up there so it can be deleted
