How do you get that IM thing?

I want to IM my friends but I don't know how to get it. Where do you get it from? I heard that you have to go to MSN or something like that???

and also how do you get a screen name?

Go to google or yahoo and type in AIM then go to the site and click "sign up" then Download it...

Go to the instant messenger link.

It will prompt your to make a profile/screen name

Download AIM

Put your screen name and password in - happy chatting!
