  3. Simply , Workout all day everyday !!!!

  4. you need to work out certain body parts ever day

    for instince

    Mondaythursday- biceps and shoulders

    tuesday/friday- chest and triceps

    wednesday/saturday - legs, back

    you need to do that so each muscle can rest and get bigger

  5. Training, training, training and when your tired, more training.
