How do you get the 2 certificates needed for a driving permit?

The first thing you need to do is to take online drivers education...my little sister took it at www.eliteteendriver.com.  The lady at this place told my sister that if she put the word  JON  in the coupon code box the she would get like 50% off and she did.....and like so did like 20 of her friends and it only took them about 10 hours to do it.....after you finish you will get a certificate for finishing the course.

Next you need to call a driving school and sign up for driver training in the car and they will send you another certificate and then you take both of those certificates down to the dmv and take your written test and get your permit...
