How do you get the 3 red rings of death on your xbox 360?

How do you get them or how do you get rid of them?

You get them usually if you had one of the first models and most likely it overheated

To get rid of them, you can either send it back to microsoft or search craigslist for an aftermarket person who knows how to solve the problem.

I chose craigslist and it worked out fine.

Usually the over heating and not proper ventilation causes the 3 red ring of death.
