How do you get the computer to stop showing a box asking if you're sure you want to delete this item?

Every time I delete spam mail a box pops up and says something like "are you sure you want to delete this message"(I can't remember exactly how it's worded) How can I get that to stop?

usually there's something called "account settings", "preferences" or something similar. go into that and there should be an option to hide warning messages.

This is one of the things they don't let us choose.

It should have a little box you can tick saying something like 'don't show this box again'
