You can try Fast  Orange hand cleaner. You can also try Dye-Gone or Re Du Ran. Rubbing alcohol is also useful. Use a cotton ball, q-tip or paper towel with alcohol.You can also try lava soap.  Dye-Gone and ReDu Ran worked the best for me.

Rubbing Alcohol will remove correction pen or Acetone nail polish remover Good Luck !
