How do you get the edible image of its backing to place on cake?

its not working for me i tried taking it out and putting it in the freezer but its just too stuck! anyone know a good trick

Put the whole sheet in the freezer for a minute or so then use a spatula or non serrated knife to ease it off. If it still seems to be stuck in places return it to the freezer. It works for me
