How do you get the face picture by the side of your name tag??!! 10 points?

Hi i know this is in pets but i use this part most so i thought i will put it in here!!! Yeah how do you put the Little face/thing pic by the side of your name?? Any suggetions?? There should be becauses loads people have them! Remember its 10 points!! Thanks

Go to your profile, Click the part where it says to "change the public view of your profile"  then, upload or create a cool avatar/picture, good luck hope I helped.

Go to your profile. Click the banner where it says to change the public view of your profile. Then, make it so everyone can see your icon when they view your profile.
