How do you get the ground service to work for your plane in Flight Simulator X?

you need to turn your scenery complexity meter up to max.

default aircraft:

be at a parking space and then press shift+2 which will open the cargo doors. the baggage trucks will move into position. no baggage is shown.

control-j for jetway

control-f for fuel truck if available.

if you mean more detailed ground servicing, like engine checks, fuel, toilet cleaning etc, they are only available with payware addons which you need to buy and then install.
