How do you get the ketchup the chinese store or restaurant has in those plastic bottles they use?

LOL I know they do something to it...its kind of sweet and not as thick...anyone know maybe what they do to get it like that? It's so good! I live in NY by the way.

Go to your local grocery store. Most of them use Hunt's, or Hindz.

You could go to the wholesale warehouses at Chinatown. The ones that specialize for chinese food places.
