How do you get the nuke on mercenaries 2?

I just saved the vila from enemy troops and now i nead to get a nuke from the U.S or china but wear are they? I looked on the PDA and can't find any U.S or china HQs, so dose anyone know wear they are?

you have to go to your home base and talk to fionna.

she will make the 2 factions show up on the map
