How do you get the sticky stuff off?

I put on a ae all access pass on my sony ericsson phone..how do i get it off including the sticky stuff and the white stuff that's left over without damaging the phone?

  3. Slightly dampen a soft cloth with rubbing alcohol and rub off gently...

  4. Leave peanut butter on it overnight. Wipe off next day. It really works!
