How do you get the sunflower seeds out of the sunflower?

It is best if you pick the flower just before the seeds begin to fall, then place the whole flower in a dry place, on some newspaper and let it all dry thoroughly then lightly brush the seeds off the flower with your hand, onto some newspaper then just collect the seeds up.
