you connect the Wii to the internet and you will find it in the menu. It simply has all the games that are on the disc that came with the Wii fit.

from what i have read they are thinking of adding it in the future so that instead of inserting the game disk you can just download it so you dont have to change the game everytime you want to play...to much work or something lazy sounding...anyhow it looks like maybe in japan they already have this option....
