Question:

How do you get thinner legs?

I don't think I have genetically thicker legs cuz I used to have skinny legs and my mom has skinny legs. Are there exercises or certain diets that will thin my legs down? I've tried the treadmill, which seems to work on my upper legs, but they make my calves thicker.

  1. i would use a treadmill or an elyptical. it doesn't matter if your legs are skinny, it depends how much muscle you have, if a treadmill makes your calves thicker, than that is good!! that means you are building muscle, which is FAR more important than getting skinny legs! also, try a sport, like dance or pom that is everyday, it might not make your legs skinny, but it will give you muscle, which is WAYY more attractive than skinny legs! :)


  2. Do spinning cycling. It does wonders to slenderize and firm your legs, or jog. Thing is, if you want to see results, you must stick to a routine and follow it every day (at least 5 days a week, for a minimum of 45 minutes to burn fat). If your legs are large due to localized fat, when you start burning it you will lose faster from the leg area, but you must stick to the routine.

    I lost 3 inches off my thighs and 1 off my calves with spinning and jogging, but i have been doing that for 3 years now, no fat calves, no cellulite.
